After a walk or bike ride through the Limburg hills, relax in the private electric hot tub and sauna in the garden. Inside, the villa features air conditioning for both cooling and heating, a smart TV, and a cozy seating area. Board games and books provide additional relaxation.
Thanks to its location near Maastricht and Valkenburg, you can easily discover cultural sights, cozy terraces and diverse nature reserves in the area.

Good to know
- The park is car-free. There's a large parking lot at the park entrance.
- Due to its location next to the railway line, train traffic is audible during the day. Thanks to the excellent insulation and the use of quiet electric trains, this is barely noticeable inside.
Bike rentals are currently not available, but are expected to be available around April 2026.
