Spacious group accommodation for 23 persons near Blokzijl
This spacious group accommodation for 23 people is located in Marknesse near the harbour town of Blokzijl. The accommodation has six comfortable bedrooms, each with a private bathroom. Thanks to the modern facilities, such as fast and stable WiFi and lovely box springs, a relaxing stay is guaranteed. The accommodation is fully wheelchair-friendly and has a lift to the first floor. There is plenty to do in the surrounding area. Visitors can take a stroll through the Waterloopbos, a special nature reserve full of historic hydraulic tests, or take a trip to Schokland, a UNESCO World Heritage Site with a rich history. The atmospheric towns of Vollenhove and Blokzijl, with their cosy terraces and characteristic streets, are also a short distance away. For those looking for adventure, there are plenty of possibilities, such as a sailing trip on the IJsselmeer, a boat trip through National Park Weerribben-Wieden or a visit to the climbing park in Kraggenburg. Rather have something organised? The team will be happy to help with activities and catered catering, so that everyone can enjoy a carefree and comfortable stay.
Layout
The house features a tastefully decorated living room and kitchen with comfortable furniture. The lovely seating area has a television and there is also a bar where you can provide drinks for the group. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, large fridge, oven and gas cooker. And should you not feel like cooking, all kinds of catering options are also offered. There are six bedrooms in the accommodation. One room on the ground floor has two high/low beds and a transfer system. This room can be used as a double or quadruple room. The other two rooms on the ground floor have three single beds. Two upstairs rooms have four single beds and one room has five single beds. All bedrooms have a stylish bathroom with shower.
Outside, you can enjoy the sun on the south-west facing deck terrace. The children can have fun on the playground. This group accommodation also offers a wide range of group activities, such as laser clay pigeon shooting, Who is the Mole? and archery, as well as game shows and pub quizzes!

Marknesse, Flevoland
Marknesse is the largest village in the Northeast Polder. A perfect destination for those who love activities on or near the water. There is a yacht centre and a charter company for renting boats. A fun and interesting attraction in Marknesse is the Waterloopbos. At this location, hydrological research used to be done with water, weirs, dams and wave machines. Today, you can see scale models of harbours there and learn more about them through the info panels. Also highly recommended: the Klein Afrika sculpture garden and gallery, where you can enjoy African art in the farm garden and exhibition space inside.

Wij vonden heel prettig dat alle slaapkamers hun eigen wc en douche hadden. Verder was het ruim en plezierig voor de hele groep. Jammer dat wij niet van de tuin konden genieten door het weer. Eigenaren waren ook heel klantvriendelijk.
