With thoughtful interiors and modern amenities, it is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday experience. The villa is set in the middle of two hectares of land, on which horses are kept. The car park, terrace and garden containing the hot tub and sauna are part of the accommodation. The rest of the property, including the horses and stables, is not accessible but gives a nice view. There is plenty to see and do in the immediate surroundings. You can enjoy hiking and cycling in the vast forests, shopping in nearby villages, and eating out in cosy restaurants. This luxurious wellness villa is located on the Klompenpad path, offering access to beautiful hiking routes through the rolling landscape. In addition, you can admire the highest waterfall in the Netherlands just 10 minutes' walk away. In short, an ideal place for families and groups of up to four adults to enjoy nature and activities in the area.
Layout
The living room offers an inviting space with a comfortable sofa, television with Chromecast and a dining table for six. Both a wood-burning stove and a central heating system provide warmth and comfort. The fully equipped kitchen features modern amenities such as an induction hob, oven, microwave, American fridge, coffee bean machine and cooking facilities. Upstairs you will find the bedrooms. One bedroom is equipped with an electrically adjustable double bed (200x210), wardrobe, blackout facilities and air conditioning. The other bedroom has two single beds, a desk and a wardrobe. This room also has a sofa bed (170x190) for a possible fifth and sixth person. The bathroom on this floor contains a washing machine, dryer, double sinks, walk-in shower and toilet. In addition, there is an extra toilet on the ground floor. Outside there is a spacious terrace with dining table and chairs, and the garden offers leisure facilities such as a wood-fired hot tub, sauna and luxury Kamado barbecue. There is ample parking space for your car.

Location and surroundings
Loenen is a charming village on the edge of National Park De Hoge Veluwe. Walk through the beautiful surroundings or borrow a free white bike to see the beautiful Hoge Veluwe National Park and visit the Kröller-Müller Museum along the way. From Loenen, Apeldoorn is a stone's throw away, visit Paleis Het Loo, for example, and admire the magnificent interiors from the seventeenth to the twentieth century. It's a great day out with the whole family. A day all about the kids? Then Julianatoren amusement park or Klimbos Veluwe are highly recommended. In Apeldoorn or Deventer, you can go shopping or enjoy terraces.
