Beautiful 9 person holiday home in the Achterhoek near Lochem

This beautiful and completely ground floor holiday home is suitable for 9 people. The house is situated in a wooded area on Bosrijk Ruigenrode. The historic town Lochem with its cozy center is located at a distance of three kilometers. The vast nature of the Achterhoek, the landscape with its forests, stately country estates, castles, charming villages and cities (such as Zutphen and Deventer) form a fantastic walking and cycling area. At the adjacent 'Resort de Achterhoek' you can make free use of the recreation and play pond.

The spacious and cozy living room has a nice sitting area with flat screen TV and fireplace. There is also a spacious dining area. The open kitchen has, among other things, a refrigerator with separate freezer, combination microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, four-burner stove and a kettle. Through the garden door you enter the spacious terrace with garden furniture. There are a total of four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. Three bedrooms have two single beds and the fourth bedroom has three single beds or two single beds and a bunk bed (depending on the house number). Each bedroom has its own bathroom (two with a bath, toilet and sink and two with a shower, toilet and sink).
