The beautiful kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare delicious meals, including a Nespresso coffee machine, hob, combination microwave and dishwasher. The house has three bedrooms with comfortable double box-spring beds. Downstairs, you will find a luxurious bathroom. This bathroom has a beautiful marble floor and bright walls, and offers facilities such as a rain shower with sunshower (with both infrared and UV functions) and a natural stone washbasin on the spacious vanity unit. A lovely private sauna with panoramic views and a covered hot tub await you in the spacious garden. The holiday home is located on a spacious and sunny plot, allowing you to enjoy the sun all day.
