Then we warmly welcome you to this luxury holiday home for six, which is completely focused on your well-being and relaxation. This holiday home exudes a contemporary and luxurious atmosphere, and also incorporates numerous modern living trends. Here you can fully enjoy wellness facilities, including a blissful hot tub for ultimate relaxation, a Canadian Barrel sauna for deep relaxation and even a sunshower for invigorating moments. You will also find a three-person combined Finnish or infrared sauna in the annex. Your comfort and well-being are paramount, allowing you to fully relax. In the evening, after a restful day, you can settle down on the sofa in the cosy living room, by the warmth of the wood-burning stove, while enjoying a good glass of wine. You can also nestle outside under a covered terrace on a lovely lounge sofa and enjoy the view of the adjacent meadow. The wellness facilities are wonderfully centrally located.
Layout
The wellness flat features a cosy sitting area, a flat-screen TV on the wall and a cosy wood fire for warm and atmospheric moments. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances to prepare a delicious meal. Think a Nespresso coffee machine, hob, combination microwave oven and dishwasher. On the ground floor, you will find a double bedroom with a comfortable 1.60-metre-wide box-spring bed. On the first floor, in addition to the second toilet with extra washbasin space, you will discover two other bedrooms, both also equipped with lovely box-spring beds. One bedroom has a large wardrobe and there is also a cot available. The bathroom is modern and equipped with a full-body sunshower. This sunshower offers a choice between a healthy dose of UV sunlight to tan while showering, or warm up the muscles with the infrared heat lamps.This property also has a wood-fired, covered standing hot tub for six people, a solar outdoor shower and a cosy covered terrace with a lounge bench made of scaffolding wood. This terrace is adjacent to the outbuilding in which the three-person combined Finnish or infrared sauna is located. From the hot tub, the sauna or relaxing on the lounge sofa, you have a beautiful view of the adjoining meadow. A maximum of 2 cars may be parked at the holidayhome

Lievelde is a small church village located between the towns of Lichtenvoorde and Groenlo where you can find many shops and restaurants. The immediate surroundings offer numerous walking and cycling routes, and Lievelde is the starting point of the Arfgoodroute. Peace, space and nature lovers will enjoy themselves here. Take beautiful walks through the neighbouring nature reserves or take a bike ride along vast heathlands, fens and lakes while enjoying idyllic views.
