French doors lead to the terrace with a parasol and picnic table, right on the water.
The park is an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area: sail onto Lake Tjeukemeer, enjoy the recreational beach, or visit charming towns like Lemmer and Giethoorn. After an active day, return to your lodge and enjoy the view over the water. The lodge also has parking for one car.

Langelille, Friesland
The small Frisian village Langelille lies on the border of Friesland and Overijssel. Water is central to Langelille, a marina, the river Tjonger and the many lakes in the area; the water is never far away here. But you are also in the right place for wonderful walks or bike rides in the middle of nature. For example, the Weerribben-Wieden National Park and the Rottige Meenthe nature reserve are absolutely worthwhile and you can enjoy hours of peace and space in the typical Frisian polder landscape. For daily shopping it is best to go to Echtenerbrug or Kuinre.
