Modern chalet for 5 people in La Roche en Ardenne

This five-person holiday home is quietly located at the end of a cul-de-sac in La Roche en Ardenne. You can walk to the charming town with a supermarket, cafés, restaurants and a historic castle. Because of its location in the woods, this chalet is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and nature lovers. There is plenty to do in the area such as hiking, cycling, mountain biking, rafting, abseiling and climbing. With the children, you can visit the castle or Parc à Gibier animal park.

The living room has a sitting and dining area with a TV and a wood-burning stove. The modern kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, combination microwave, kettle and a Dolce Gusto. There is one bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with a loft bed. The bunk bed can accommodate three people. The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. Outside there is a furnished terrace, barbecue and a bicycle shed. There is parking for three cars at the chalet.

La Roche en Ardenne, Belgium-Luxembourg

La Roche is a beautiful town full of shops and cosy catering establishments, also known as the heart of the Ardennes. Be sure to visit La Roche-en-Ardenne Castle and the Battle of the Bulge Museum. Also go to Europe's smallest town, Durbuy, and visit the Hotton caves. The beautiful flora and fauna in the area are easy to discover by bike or on foot. The adventurer will also have a great time here. Try kayaking, survival, abseiling, climbing or quad biking. If you prefer culture, there is also plenty to experience: there are numerous caves, castles, monuments and fortresses in the area. There are also many historical museums.

The house looked beautiful, and we briefly went inside. But upon arrival, my husband was sick, so we decided to drive home.

Lovely holiday with me mother and her dog there. Waking up in nature when you open the door and no one around you does anything to you. Also stoking fire is lovely there.
