Cozy 6 person holiday home near La Roche. - Holiday cottage with sauna and WiFi.
This cozy holiday home for six persons, with sauna, is situated at the Residence La Rochette. The residence is 1 km from La Roche. La Roche is situated in the most southern and largest province of Belgium, namely Belgian-Luxemburg. The holiday residence is located in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The woody surroundings around La Roche are perfect for walking, horse riding or cycling. In the surroundings you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
First floor:
Cosy living room with sitting area, flatscreen television, DVD-player and a dining area. Fully equipped open kitchen with four-burner hob, fridge, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and microwave.
Sauna with shower and separate toilet. Large balcony with garden furniture.
Ground floor:
One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two bunk beds. Both bedrooms have their own shower, washbasin and toilet.
Outside:
Carport. Private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

La Roche en Ardenne, Belgium-Luxembourg
La Roche is a beautiful town full of shops and cosy catering establishments, also known as the heart of the Ardennes. Be sure to visit La Roche-en-Ardenne Castle and the Battle of the Bulge Museum. Also go to Europe's smallest town, Durbuy, and visit the Hotton caves. The beautiful flora and fauna in the area are easy to discover by bike or on foot. The adventurer will also have a great time here. Try kayaking, survival, abseiling, climbing or quad biking. If you prefer culture, there is also plenty to experience: there are numerous caves, castles, monuments and fortresses in the area. There are also many historical museums.

The only downside was the accessibility of the holiday park, which was less accessible due to sewerage work.
Enigste minpunt was de bereikbaarheid van het vakantiepark, die was minder vanwege werkzaamheden aan de riolering.

Nice house Positive: electric awning, nice balcony and good WiFi, great dishwasher Tips, microwave could use replacing, sparks occasionally Overall it was clean but could be better The tarpaulin on the dining table was just dirty around the edges The information folder was outdated and had a large scorch/burn hole which has been reported Beautiful surroundings

Tips, magnetron mag wel een keer vervangen worden vonkt af en toe
Globaal was het wel schoon maar kan beter
Zeil op eettafel was aan de randen gewoon vies Informatiemap was verouderd en zat een grote schroei/ brandgat is gemeld

The location is superb! Beautiful hiking trails and a short distance to the village of La Rouche, which is a lovely village with great restaurants. The cottage itself has everything you need, but we found the cleaning to be far below par. One point for improvement, because why else would I pay for cleaning? All in all, we had a wonderful time.
De locatie is super! Mooie wandelroutes en goede afstand tot het dorp La Rouche. Wat overigens een heel leuk dorpje is met leuke restaurantjes. Het huisje heeft op zich alles wat je nodig hebt alleen de schoonmaak vonden wij echt ver onder de maat. Verbeterpuntje. want waarom betaal ik anders voor een schoonmaak? Al met al hebben we genoten.
