Nice 8 person holiday home near La Roche. - Holiday cottage with sauna - WIFI
This nice holiday home for eight persons is situated at the Residence La Rochette. The residence is 1 km from La Roche. La Roche is located in the most southern and largest province of Belgium, namely Belgian-Luxemburg. The holiday residence is located in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The woody surroundings around La Roche are perfect for walking, horse riding or cycling. In the surroundings you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
First floor:
Cosy living room with sitting area, flatscreen television, DVD-player and a dining area. Fully equipped open plan kitchen with four ring hob, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. One bedroom with a double bed and one bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bath and washbasin and a separate toilet. Large balcony with garden furniture.
Ground floor:
One bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a bunk bed. Sauna, bathroom with shower, separate toilet and a washbasin.
Outside:
Garage with table football and an infrared cabin. Private terrace with garden furniture and a barbecue.

La Roche en Ardenne, Belgium-Luxembourg
La Roche is a beautiful town full of shops and cosy catering establishments, also known as the heart of the Ardennes. Be sure to visit La Roche-en-Ardenne Castle and the Battle of the Bulge Museum. Also go to Europe's smallest town, Durbuy, and visit the Hotton caves. The beautiful flora and fauna in the area are easy to discover by bike or on foot. The adventurer will also have a great time here. Try kayaking, survival, abseiling, climbing or quad biking. If you prefer culture, there is also plenty to experience: there are numerous caves, castles, monuments and fortresses in the area. There are also many historical museums.

Beautifully furnished, spacious holiday home with a stunning view! The chairs and sofas are very comfortable. Large closets in the bedrooms. The bath and toilets are very old and smelled unpleasant; there's no extractor fan. In the kitchen, we missed a ladle and a small frying pan. The dishwasher was so crooked that it was very difficult to close. Otherwise, we had a wonderful week!
Mooi ingericht ruim vakantiehuis met prachtig uitzicht! Stoelen en banken zitten fijn. Grote kasten op de kamers.
Het bad en de wc's zijn erg oud en roken niet fris; er is geen afzuiging. In de keuken misten we een opscheplepel en kleine koekenpan. De vaatwasser stond zo scheef dat deze erg moeilijk sloot. Verder een heerlijke week gehad!

The cottage is beautiful. Great air conditioning because it was also hot during the week we were there. A nice playground right outside. It's not very well maintained. The dogs are allowed to poop and pee in it. The cottage was a bit dusty and not super clean. We actually missed a welcome pack (toilet paper, dishwasher tablets, etc.). Otherwise, it's a great location.
Het huisje is prachtig. Lekker airco want het was ook heet in de week dat wij er waren. Leuk speeltuintje voor de deur. Niet heel goed onderhouden. De honden laten ze er in poepen en plassen. Het huisje was wel wat stoffig en niet super schoon.
Eigenlijk misten we een soort welkomspakketje (wc-rol, vaatwastablet ect) verder top plek.
