This comfortable eight-person holiday home is located at Residence La Rochette, which features a shared playground. The residence is one kilometer from La Roche. La Roche is situated in Belgium's southernmost and largest province, Belgian Luxembourg. The holiday home is nestled in a natural and peaceful setting, guaranteeing a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The wooded area surrounding La Roche is perfect for hiking, horseback riding, and cycling. Nearby, you can enjoy motorcycling, kayaking, and fishing in a nearby river.

La Roche en Ardenne, Belgium-Luxembourg
La Roche is a beautiful town full of shops and cosy catering establishments, also known as the heart of the Ardennes. Be sure to visit La Roche-en-Ardenne Castle and the Battle of the Bulge Museum. Also go to Europe's smallest town, Durbuy, and visit the Hotton caves. The beautiful flora and fauna in the area are easy to discover by bike or on foot. The adventurer will also have a great time here. Try kayaking, survival, abseiling, climbing or quad biking. If you prefer culture, there is also plenty to experience: there are numerous caves, castles, monuments and fortresses in the area. There are also many historical museums.

An excellently maintained house with plenty of facilities such as a sauna, foosball table, various other games, 2 showers, 2 toilets, and 4 bedrooms, all spacious and very clean. The house is plenty of room. The surroundings are naturally very beautiful, especially for motorcycling, although most roads are in need of replacement. Parking motorcycles at this house is quite a challenge.
Een uitstekend onderhouds huis met genoeg faciliteiten zoals. Sauna, voetbalspel. Div andere spelletjes.
2 douchen. 2 wc . 4 slaapkamers allemaal ruim en zeer schoon.
Huis ruim zat Omgeving natuurlijk erg mooi vooral om motor te rijden alleen de meeste wegen zijn aan vervanging toe. Pakeren motoren is wel een uitdaging bij dit huis.

Good furnishings, plenty of crockery etc. Bedrooms and other spaces downstairs were damp.
Goede inrichting, veel servies etc. Slaapkamers en overige ruimte beneden wel vochtig.
