This detached holiday home in Koudum in Friesland is located in a quiet residential area on the outskirts of Koudum between De Fluessen and De Morra. You have a private dock for your own or rented boat. It is certainly nice to bring your own boat or to rent one yourself to discover Friesland from the water. Around you nice Eleven Cities towns, beautiful beaches and of course the Frisian Lakes.

On the ground floor of the villa there is a spacious living room with dining area and sitting area with TV. The living room has doors to the terrace. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, Nespresso, Senseo, four-burner stove, microwave and a kettle. Of course downstairs is also a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom with shower and toilet facilities. Furthermore, a garage and a utility room. On the first floor there are two spacious bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed. There is also a spacious bathroom with a bathtub, shower and toilet. The holiday home is surrounded by a spacious grass and playing field. On the sunny side of the holiday home there is a spacious terrace with patio furniture. The garden is directly adjacent to the water so that you can bring a boat (or rent it from the owner) and moor at your own jetty.
