This new holiday home in the polder near Koudekerke is a real gem! From the large living room you look out over the wide landscape. From the living room you step onto the covered veranda where you can enjoy the evening hours. The holiday home is on the edge of Koudekerke. Koudekerke has a charming village square where you can relax on one of the terraces. The fresh bakery and supermarket are there for daily shopping. The area invites you to go hiking and cycling. Koudekerke is centrally located and within 10 km you can discover all the sights of Walcheren. Domburg and Westkapelle, monument city Middelbug, maritime Vlissingen and fortified city Veere. Within three kilometers you are on the most beautiful southern beaches of the Netherlands. An ideal place for a wonderful holiday!

This holiday home is in the owner's yard. Cozy and modern furnished living room with dining area and sitting area with TV. In the open kitchen there is every comfort, for example there is a dishwasher, combi microwave, fridge with four burners and a filter and senseo coffee maker. There is also a washing machine and dryer (shared use). The bathroom has a sink and walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet. The open staircase leads to the upper floor. Here are two bedrooms with two single beds each. There is a folding cot and a high chair.

From the living room you can go to the covered terrace with garden furniture. There is parking for one car on site.
