Charming 6-person apartment with a view over the dunes in Dishoek.

This holiday home is ideal for anyone seeking luxury and comfort and wanting to enjoy a holiday close to the beach. The location is perfect for both a relaxing and an active holiday. Enjoy sunny beach days, take long walks through the dunes and the forest, and discover the beautiful coastline. Additionally, Walcheren offers historic villages such as Zoutelande, Domburg, and Veere, and lively cities like Vlissingen and Middelburg. There are also various fun outings, such as Deltapark Neeltje Jans and several museums.

On the ground floor, there is a hall and a toilet. The living room, kitchen, bathroom, and three bedrooms are located on the first floor. On the second floor, there is also access to the spacious roof terrace with dune views.

The apartment has a private parking space, equipped with a charging station for electric cars (NewMotion).

Location and surroundings

Koudekerke, Zeeland

With many cycling and hiking routes next door, you can explore the beautiful surroundings of Koudekerke in various ways. Among other things, you will find typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads. From Koudekerke runs a three-kilometer long Strandweg to Dishoek, which, because of its location at the foot of the dunes, is a real tourist attraction. This is a great contrast to rustic Koudekerke where you will find the necessary space and tranquility, but still be in the vicinity of many tourist activities. For example, typical Walcheren towns Veere and Zoutelande are definitely worth a visit. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cozy Middelburg or Vlissingen.

The apartment was super centrally located. Spacious, and the kitchen was very well equipped. The only thing we missed was a second toilet. Bike rentals were right nearby. Restaurants were around the corner. The beautiful beach was just a few meters away.
