Modern 6-person apartment with sun shower near the beach in Dishoek

Are you looking for a comfortable holiday home with a stunning view of the dunes? This modern apartment in Dishoek offers it all. Situated at the foot of the dune crossing, the apartment offers easy access to the beach and the sea. Just a few meters from your apartment, you'll find charming terraces, restaurants, bike rentals, and shops. At the same time, you're in Walcheren, a region known for its picturesque villages, vast nature reserves, and rich history. Cycling, hiking, water sports, and visiting museums are among the many activities you can enjoy here.

The ground-floor apartment features a large living room with a gas fireplace, smart TV, dining area, and balcony. The modern, fully equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso machine, combination microwave, refrigerator, and dishwasher. There's also a bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms with a double bed each. A bathroom with a double sink and a walk-in shower with a Sunshower feature. There's also a separate room with a washing machine and dryer. There's also a spacious roof terrace with stunning views of the dunes.

The apartment also has its own outdoor storage room and a private parking space, equipped with a charging station for electric cars (NewMotion).

Location and surroundings

Koudekerke, Zeeland

With many cycling and hiking routes next door, you can explore the beautiful surroundings of Koudekerke in various ways. Among other things, you will find typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads. From Koudekerke runs a three-kilometer long Strandweg to Dishoek, which, because of its location at the foot of the dunes, is a real tourist attraction. This is a great contrast to rustic Koudekerke where you will find the necessary space and tranquility, but still be in the vicinity of many tourist activities. For example, typical Walcheren towns Veere and Zoutelande are definitely worth a visit. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cozy Middelburg or Vlissingen.
