Centrally located on the Zeeland coast, you'll find this recently completed split-level house, quietly nestled in the lee of the village: the perfect place to completely unwind and enjoy all the beauty the region has to offer. A ten-minute walk through the dunes leads directly to the beach. Enjoy long beach days or take an evening stroll overlooking the most beautiful sunsets. Dishoek is an idyllic, smaller beach village. The central square boasts three restaurants with terraces. Cozy beach pavilions line the beach. The nearby seaside resort of Zoutelande boasts a charming main street with a variety of shops and restaurants. In the nautical town of Vlissingen, the largest container ships sail right past the boulevard, and Middelburg offers wonderful shopping and cultural experiences.

Upon entering, the warm and open character of the house is immediately noticeable. The living room is tastefully furnished, and the open kitchen is fully equipped. There is a television, and if desired, the owner can provide a projector for a cozy movie night. The two bedrooms are located in the basement. Because this floor is partially below street level, the rooms remain wonderfully cool in summer and pleasantly warm in winter. The air conditioning allows you to easily adjust the temperature to your liking. One of the bedrooms has a luxurious Serta box spring, while the other has a bunk bed. The bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.

Behind the house lies a sheltered private terrace, a wonderful spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the sunshine. In the summer, a heated swimming pool is available free of charge, so you can cool off on hot days. Parking is available right next to the house.
