This vacation home for two is located in Koudekerke. Koudekerke has an attractive village square where it is great to enjoy one of the terraces. The fresh baker and supermarket are there for your daily groceries. The surroundings invite you to walk and cycle. Koudekerke is centrally located and within 10 km you will discover all the sights of Walcheren. Domburg and Westkapelle, monument city Middelburg, maritime Vlissingen and fortress city Veere. Within three kilometers you are on the most beautiful southern beaches of the Netherlands. An ideal place for a wonderful vacation!

The living room features a comfortable sofa, coffee table and a smart television. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a combination microwave, dishwasher, fridge (without freezer compartment), induction hob, kettle and a Nespresso. The bedroom gives a luxurious hotel atmosphere and has a double bed, bedside tables and a closet. The bedroom also has air conditioning and blackout window coverings. The bathroom has a sink cabinet, walk-in shower with rain shower and a toilet. The accommodation has underfloor heating. Outside is a terrace which faces south and has garden furniture such as a table, chairs, two deck chairs and a parasol. The terrace is not completely fenced. In fact, at the back of the garden is a walkway. There is a bicycle shed, private parking and a charging point for electric cars at your disposal at the house. There are two city bikes available for you to use during your stay.
