There is a separate kitchen, which was renovated in the winter of 2023. It is equipped with an induction cooktop, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, and a combination microwave. There are also three bedrooms, one of which has a box-spring bed. The other two bedrooms have a bunk bed and a single bed. Two of these bedrooms also have a sink. The bathroom was also renovated in the winter of 2023 and has a toilet and shower. French doors open onto the sheltered terrace. There is parking for two cars.
