Cozy 4-person holiday home near the beach in Koudekerke-Dishoek
Tucked away behind the dunes, in a green and wooded setting, lies Holiday Home Zeeroos. Dishoek beach is just a few minutes' walk away for a refreshing morning stroll or a long summer day by the sea. Nearby, you'll find charming villages, charming shops, and pleasant terraces, all easily accessible by bike or car. An ideal base for those seeking peace, nature, and a lively atmosphere.
The house is on one level and tastefully decorated. In the living room, the wood-burning stove creates a warm, homey atmosphere, while the dining area invites you to enjoy long evenings together. The renovated kitchen is modern and practical. The bathroom has also been recently updated and offers every comfort.
Through the French doors, you step onto the sheltered terrace, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors. With parking at the house and all amenities within easy reach, this is a wonderful spot for a relaxing stay by the sea.

With many cycling and hiking routes next door, you can explore the beautiful surroundings of Koudekerke in various ways. Among other things, you will find typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads. From Koudekerke runs a three-kilometer long Strandweg to Dishoek, which, because of its location at the foot of the dunes, is a real tourist attraction. This is a great contrast to rustic Koudekerke where you will find the necessary space and tranquility, but still be in the vicinity of many tourist activities. For example, typical Walcheren towns Veere and Zoutelande are definitely worth a visit. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cozy Middelburg or Vlissingen.

A very cozy and fully equipped cottage. The lack of a sink in the bedroom and a small sink in the toilet are understandable given the size, but by today's standards, they're the only minor drawbacks I can think of. In winter, I recommend bringing double duvets; no heating is needed in the bedroom!
Een heel gezellig en compleet ingericht huisje. Het ontbreken van een wastafel in de slaapkamer en een fonteintje in het toilet zijn gezien de afmetingen begrijpelijk maar gerekend naar de huidige maatstaven de enige minpuntjes die ik kan bedenken.
In de winter raad ik aan te zorgen voor dubbele dekbedden; geen verwarming in de slaapkamer nodig!
