Comfortable holiday home for 6 people with large, enclosed garden and close to the beach
In this six-person holiday home, you'll enjoy a wonderful combination of comfort and a fantastic location. Close to the beach and directly behind the dunes, with beautiful hiking and cycling routes through the nature reserve. Within just a few minutes, you can cycle to Dishoek beach, the village of Koudekerke, and the lively center of Vlissingen with its shops, restaurants, and boulevard.
The house sits on a spacious plot and features a large, fully enclosed garden with unobstructed views of the countryside. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with French doors leading to the terrace and a kitchen/diner where you can enjoy meals and chat together. The kitchen has a nostalgic feel, and the living room features authentic Zeeland furniture.
Upstairs, you'll find comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Outside, the garden is a wonderful place to relax, with plenty of space for games and quiet. Parking is available on-site, and bicycles can be easily stored in the garden shed. A wonderful base for a relaxing holiday by the sea and surrounded by nature.

First of all, the warm welcome from the owner, and there was even a bottle of wine waiting for us. The house is a very cozy converted farmhouse; it is well-equipped with everything you need, including for children, as well as practical information and tips for outings, etc. It also has a lovely private garden, and the owner is easy to reach if necessary. In short, a super fun and ideal base for the Zeeland beach and the sea, within walking distance, and for the whole of Walcheren, where we saw and did many fun things by bike or car. Even in slightly less nice weather. We have been to Het Boerderietje several times before, and this time too, it felt like coming home. Thank you, and hope to see you again, Tjitske and Bram
Op de eerste plaats al de hartelijke ontvangst door de eigenaresse en zelfs een flesje wijn stond voor ons klaar. Het huis is een hele gezellige verbouwde boerderij, het is goed voorzien van wat je nodig hebt, ook voor kinderen, en ook van praktische informatie en tips voor uitstapjes etc., het heeft ook een heerlijke vrije tuin, en de eigenaresse is waar nodig gemakkelijk te bereiken. Kortom, een superleuke en ideale uitvalsbasis voor het Zeeuwse strand en de zee, op loopafstand, en voor heel Walcheren, waar we per fiets of auto weer veel leuke dingen hebben gezien en gedaan. Ook bij iets minder mooi weer. We zijn al vaker in het Boerderietje geweest en het voelde ook deze keer weer als een thuiskomen. Dank je wel, en graag tot ziens, Tjitske en Bram

We had wonderful days in the cottage. The garden was definitely a plus with three kids. The cottage is very spacious. A bit dated, but otherwise, it was fine. The only thing I missed was a larger and more extensive kitchen set, such as cups, (wine) glasses, etc. Definitely recommended for this region of Zeeland! Everything is close by, and there's plenty to do.
We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad in het huisje. De tuin was absoluut een plus met 3 kids. Het huisje is heel ruim. Beetje gedateerd ingericht maar was verder prima. Enige wat ik miste was wat groter & uitgebreider keuken assortiment zoals bekers/(wijn) glazen etc. Zeker aanrader voor die regio van Zeeland! Alles is vlakbij en genoeg te ondernemen.
