Comfortable holiday home for 6 people with large, enclosed garden and close to the beach
In this six-person holiday home, you'll enjoy a wonderful combination of comfort and a fantastic location. Close to the beach and directly behind the dunes, with beautiful hiking and cycling routes through the nature reserve. Within just a few minutes, you can cycle to Dishoek beach, the village of Koudekerke, and the lively center of Vlissingen with its shops, restaurants, and boulevard.
The house sits on a spacious plot and features a large, fully enclosed garden with unobstructed views of the countryside. Inside, you'll find a cozy living room with French doors leading to the terrace and a kitchen/diner where you can enjoy meals and chat together. The kitchen has a nostalgic feel, and the living room features authentic Zeeland furniture.
Upstairs, you'll find comfortable bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. Outside, the garden is a wonderful place to relax, with plenty of space for games and quiet. Parking is available on-site, and bicycles can be easily stored in the garden shed. A wonderful base for a relaxing holiday by the sea and surrounded by nature.

Koudekerke, Zeeland
With many cycling and hiking routes next door, you can explore the beautiful surroundings of Koudekerke in various ways. Among other things, you will find typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads. From Koudekerke runs a three-kilometer long Strandweg to Dishoek, which, because of its location at the foot of the dunes, is a real tourist attraction. This is a great contrast to rustic Koudekerke where you will find the necessary space and tranquility, but still be in the vicinity of many tourist activities. For example, typical Walcheren towns Veere and Zoutelande are definitely worth a visit. Would you like to spend a day shopping? Then visit the cozy Middelburg or Vlissingen.

We had wonderful days in the cottage. The garden was definitely a plus with three kids. The cottage is very spacious. A bit dated, but otherwise, it was fine. The only thing I missed was a larger and more extensive kitchen set, such as cups, (wine) glasses, etc. Definitely recommended for this region of Zeeland! Everything is close by, and there's plenty to do.
We hebben heerlijke dagen gehad in het huisje. De tuin was absoluut een plus met 3 kids. Het huisje is heel ruim. Beetje gedateerd ingericht maar was verder prima. Enige wat ik miste was wat groter & uitgebreider keuken assortiment zoals bekers/(wijn) glazen etc. Zeker aanrader voor die regio van Zeeland! Alles is vlakbij en genoeg te ondernemen.

Great house! A bit dated though. It needs some maintenance: a window in one of the bedrooms wouldn't open, and new carpeting wouldn't hurt either! We also ran out of plates and glasses. There were exactly six of everything, and with six people, you quickly go through that. That was quite a challenge!
Prima huis! Wel gedateerd. Heeft hier en daar onderhoud nodig: in één van de slaapkamers kon een raam niet open, nieuwe vloerbedekking kan ook geen kwaad! Ook kwamen wij borden en glazen tekort. Er was van alles precies 6 en met 6 personen ben je daar dan heel snel doorheen. Dat was wel behelpen!
