This detached seven-person house in Koudekerke has a nice deep garden with several seating areas. The house is quietly located between the Zeeland countryside and close to the beach, ideal if you like walking and cycling. Koudekerke has various facilities such as two supermarkets, several playgrounds, eateries, a tennis court and a picking garden. The coastal village of Dishoek at the bottom of the dunes is just one and a half kilometres from the house. Here you will find cosy terraces and a nice transition towards the beach with many cosy beach pavilions. The harbour town of Vlissingen and the historic city of Middelburg are also within easy reach from the house. In short: a lovely quiet house with a large garden in a versatile environment!

The holiday home is spacious with an area of 100m2. In the living room you will find a sitting area with TV and fireplace and a large dining table with seven chairs and a high chair. The idyllic kitchen is equipped with, among other things, an electronic hob with extractor hood, combination microwave, dishwasher and a filter coffee machine. There are two bedrooms on the ground floor: one bedroom with two single beds and one bedroom with a single bed. For convenience, there is also a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is also a guest toilet. On the first floor you will find two bedrooms with two single beds. On this floor there is a second bathroom with a shower and toilet. 

From the French doors in the living room you walk onto the terrace at the back of the house. Here you will find a garden table with seven chairs. Walk further into the spacious and deep garden? Then you will find a swing, trampoline and plenty of space to sit. Here you can enjoy the sun all day long.
