Cosy 6 person holiday home in Koudekerke only 250m to the beach.

You can rent this cozy holiday home for up to five people in a prime location in Koudekerke. It offers free internet, washing machine, a large garden with terrace and a lawn where the children can play. You are just 250m from the beautiful North Sea beach, where you can not only sunbathe and laze, but also practice all kinds of water sports. There are several beach pavilions in the area.

Koudekerke-Dishoek is a pleasant village with some nice restaurants and the short distances to neighboring villages and towns make it an ideal location to go out by bike and explore the area. You can rent bicycles on site! If you want to enjoy a wonderful beach holiday on the North Sea beach, then you should definitely rent this six-person holiday home in Koudekerke, you will never want to go anywhere else!

Layout

The cozy living room has a sitting area, television, dining area and radio. The kitchen is equipped with, among other things, a four-burner stove, filter coffee maker, fridge/freezer, combination microwave and kettle. There are three bedrooms, two with two single beds and the third with a single bed. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.

There is also central heating, free internet, and a cot and high chair. Outside you have a not fully enclosed garden with terrace, garden furniture, parasol and awning. There is a large lawn and a swing for the children. There is a shed where you can store your bikes. A socket to charge the bikes is located outside the shed. There is parking for two cars.

With many cycling and hiking routes next door, you can explore the beautiful surroundings of Koudekerke in various ways. Among other things, you will find typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads. From Koudekerke runs a three-kilometer long Strandweg to Dishoek, which, because of its location at the foot of the dunes, is a real tourist attraction. Locatie is top! Ondanks druk punt van Dishoek en achter de werkplaats, rustig gelegen. Gevoel van privacy was in de tuin niets minder, vanwege alle raampjes werkplaats. Huisje is van alle gemakken voorzien en praktisch ingericht. Eigenaren zijn erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam .Gemoedelijke mensen. Bedden voorkant zakken door. Enige minpuntje.

Prima huisje voor twee personen. De bedden zijn aan vervanging toe. Met name de plastic hoezen om kussen en matras zijn vervelend. En een handleiding voor de oven zou fijn zijn. Maar de ligging is prachtig, op loopafstand van de zee. Rondom het huisje heb je veel privacy. Voor vijf personen vinden wij het huisje wel wat aan de kleine kant.
