At the Noordzee Résidence Dishoek resort, you can rent this luxurious six-person holiday villa and enjoy a wonderful beach holiday with your family. The holiday home is equipped with every comfort. Koudekerke is a village in the municipality of Veere on the island of Walcheren. In addition to some special monuments and buildings, you will also find several terraces and restaurants where one of the many regional dishes are served. There are several cycling and walking routes next door so that you can enjoy the beautiful surroundings in different ways with its typical Walcheren villages and beautiful country roads that lead you to, for example, Biggekerke, Vlissingen, Middelburg, Zoutelande and Domburg. The resort is only 100 meters from the North Sea beach, where you can not only practice various water sports, but also sunbathe or take nice walks.
Layout
On the ground floor there is a spacious living room with underfloor heating and smart TV, an open kitchen with a dishwasher, combination microwave and Nespresso machine, a bedroom with single box-spring beds, separate toilet and a bathroom with shower. On the first floor there are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds, two bathrooms with a shower and a separate toilet. The villa has a washing machine, tumble dryer and free wifi. There is a garden with a lounge set and parking for two cars.

Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- The service costs consist of the final cleaning, bed linen including made beds and a kitchen towel package.
- Exterior and interior may differ per holiday residence and may differ from the photos.
- The facilities are closed in the mid-weeks outside the summer season.
- As a guest of Roompot Noordzee Résidence Dishoek, you can use the facilities of holiday park Hof Domburg. You also have free access to Zwembad De Parel. This holiday park is approximately 20 minutes away by car.
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Hof Domburg will be closed from Monday 4 November 2024 to Monday 11 November 2024. You are welcome to come and swim in the pool at Roompot Beach Resort in Kamperland. This is about a 25-minute drive away.
