Detached 6-person house on Lake Veere with panoramic views
For those looking for peace, nature and water fun, this detached holiday home on Lake Veere is a unique place to completely unwind. With no immediate neighbours, you will enjoy privacy and a magnificent view of the water, where pleasure boats glide by and provide a lively backdrop.
Thanks to the large windows, you have a view of the Veerse Meer from every room: from the first rays of the sun to impressive sunsets and dancing white heads on the water in strong winds. The spacious, south-facing garden directly borders the lake. You can take a refreshing dip from your own jetty or relax on the small private beach next to the house.
Within walking distance you will find a public beach for a nice walk or swim. A little further away, 15 minutes by car, are the vast North Sea beaches of Kamperland. The nearby village of Kortgene is also worth a visit: a cosy village with a marina, supermarket and various restaurants.

Location and surroundings
Located in the south of North Beveland, Kortgene is the perfect base from which to explore Zeeland. The province known for the cleanest beaches and most hours of sunshine has much to offer. Colijnsplaat is only seven kilometers away and in earlier years there was a Celtic settlement there from which altar stones were later found. In short: history galore. And speaking of which: history and culture can also be found in Zierikzee, Veere, Goes and Middelburg. All very nice to visit, especially in combination with a terrace or a day of shopping. Would you rather spend a day cycling or hiking and discover the natural areas? Then the miles of trails and routes definitely offer a solution.
