Group accommodation for 22 people in Koksijde at 250 meters from the beach

This villa can accommodate 20 people and is located in Koksijde. The vacation home is fully equipped. With the beach at 250 meters makes this group accommodation the ideal place for a family vacation. Enjoy nature and take a walk through the dunes and along the beach. If you prefer shopping or eating out you can go to Sint-Idelsbald, De Panne or Koksijde. Opposite the villa is a stop of the coastal streetcar. This streetcar takes you along all the coastal towns of Belgium. 

You enter in the hall with a toilet. There is a living room with ample seating, a TV, DVD player and WiFi. There is also a spacious dining area with two dining tables and two high chairs. The open kitchen includes a 5-burner gas stove, two refrigerators, a large fridge freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher, two filter coffee makers and a Senseo coffee maker. 

On the second floor are six bedrooms:

A room with a double bed (160x190) and a crib

A room with a double bed (140x190) and a crib

A room with a double bed (160x200) and two single beds

A room with four single beds

Two bedrooms with bunk beds (90x190)

In addition, on this floor there is another bathroom with a shower and a sink and a bathroom with a bathtub, double sink and a baby changing table. There is a separate toilet.

In the basement there is a washing machine, dryer, ping pong table and a foosball table.

The remaining bedrooms are located in the annex. On the first floor of the outbuilding there is a bedroom with two single beds, two showers and a separate toilet. Upstairs in the outbuilding is the last bedroom with four single beds.

Outside there is an enclosed garden with a large, furnished terrace, four sun loungers and a large (charcoal) barbecue. There is a driveway with room for five cars.
