Luxury 7-person holiday home in Kamperland for young and old right on Veerse Meer
The vacation home is located 150 meters from Lake Veere, three kilometers from the North Sea beach the Banjaard and three kilometers from the center of Kamperland. You can get your groceries in the village where there are two supermarkets. You can also get delicious bread at the bakery or a tasty fish at the fish store. The cozy places Veere, Domburg, Middelburg, Kortgene are easily accessible by bicycle or car. In addition, check out the Oosterscheldekering and Neeltje Jans. For water sports enthusiasts, there is also plenty to do. In the area you can include sailing, snorkeling, windsurfing and diving.
Layout
On the first floor you will find the living room with an open kitchen. n the living room there is a sitting area with a 55 smart inch television and a dining table for seven. The kitchen is modern equipped with a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, induction hob, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, combi oven, blender, hand blender and a kettle. One bedroom is located on the first floor which is furnished with two single beds and a private bathroom with sink and a walk-in rain shower. In the hall there is a separate toilet and stairs to the second floor.
On the second floor you will find two bedrooms. One bedroom has three single beds and the other bedroom has two single beds. In one of the bedrooms there is a crib. Through the landing you can reach the bathroom with rain shower and a sink and a separate toilet.
Outside there is a covered porch where you can relax into the evening regardless of the weather. In the garden you will find artificial grass, therefore it is not allowed to barbecue with charcoal. The garden also offers a trampoline and toys for hours of fun for the children. In the storage room there are four E-bikes with bicycle cart that you can use. You don't have to worry about parking space. In fact, three parking spaces are offered for your convenience. A charging station for fast charging EVs is also available.

Particularities
- You can use the gas barbecue. When using it, a surcharge of EUR 25 is charged.
- For the use of the 4 E-bikes you will be charged EUR 50 per stay.
- If you book this vacation home with more than 6 people an additional rate of EUR 50 per person per night applies. Children up to 1 year stay for free.
- To use the charging station, you must use your own pass. The rates are lower than the standard rates.

Location and surroundings
Kamperland is the largest town on North Beveland and is pre-eminently a veritable Valhalla for water sports enthusiasts. The surroundings offer a perfect palette for - really - almost all water sports possibilities. It is also pleasant to stay here and the beautiful marina is centrally located in the village. From Kamperland you can also quickly reach beautiful Walcheren, which means that Middelburg and the coastal towns of Oost- and Westkapelle, Domburg, Zoutelande and Vlissingen are also easily accessible. In addition, visit historic Veere, located on Lake Veere, where you can easily spend a whole day. And what really should not be missing from your list: a visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans.
