Luxury 7-person holiday home in Kamperland with E-bikes at Veerse Meer
The vacation home is located 150 meters from Lake Veere and three kilometers from the North Sea beach the Banjaard. You can get your groceries in the village where there are two supermarkets. You can also get delicious bread at the bakery or a tasty fish at the fish store. The cozy places Veere, Domburg, Middelburg, Kortgene are easily accessible by bicycle or car. In addition, check out the Oosterscheldekering and Neeltje Jans. For water sports enthusiasts, there is also plenty to do. In the area you can include sailing, snorkeling, windsurfing and diving.
Layout
On the first floor you will find the hall with stairs to the second floor. In the storage room you will find the washing machine, dryer, ironing board and iron. There is one bedroom with two single beds and a private bathroom with sink, walk-in rain shower and toilet. The second bedroom has two single beds. The third bedroom has three single beds. The second bathroom is located in the hallway. It has a walk-in rain shower and a sink. The second toilet is separate.
On the second floor is the cozy living room with an open kitchen. The kitchen is modernly equipped with a dishwasher, fridge freezer, induction hob, filter coffee maker, Nespresso machine, toaster, combination oven, blender, stick blender and a kettle. In the living room you will find a sitting area with a 55 smart inch television with a sonos TV bar and a dining table with seven chairs. The sliding doors in the living room lead you to the beautiful roof terrace. Here you will find a dining table with chairs and two lounge chairs.
Outside you can sit in the communal gardens. In the garden you will find artificial grass, therefore it is not allowed to barbecue with charcoal. The garden also offers a trampoline and toys for hours of fun for the children. There are also at your disposal four E-bikes with a bicycle trailer. You don't have to worry about parking space. In fact, three parking spaces are offered for your convenience. Also available is a charging station for fast charging EVs.

Particularities
- You can use the gas barbecue. When using it, a surcharge of EUR 25 is charged.
- For the use of the 4 E-bikes you will be charged EUR 50 per stay.
- If you book this vacation home with more than 6 people an additional rate of EUR 50 per person per night applies. Children up to 1 year stay for free.
- To use the charging station, you must use your own pass. The rates are lower than the standard rates.

Location and surroundings
Kamperland is the largest town on North Beveland and is pre-eminently a veritable Valhalla for water sports enthusiasts. The surroundings offer a perfect palette for - really - almost all water sports possibilities. It is also pleasant to stay here and the beautiful marina is centrally located in the village. From Kamperland you can also quickly reach beautiful Walcheren, which means that Middelburg and the coastal towns of Oost- and Westkapelle, Domburg, Zoutelande and Vlissingen are also easily accessible. In addition, visit historic Veere, located on Lake Veere, where you can easily spend a whole day. And what really should not be missing from your list: a visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans.
