Beautiful 8 person holiday home with sauna on the Banjaard beach - Zeeland
This super nice eight-person semi-detached holiday home, with a private sauna, is located at Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard. At this beautifully situated holiday park you will find everything for an unforgettable beach holiday in Zeeland. This beautiful holiday park is located between the North Sea, the Oosterschelde and the Veerse Meer, making it an ideal base for all kinds of beautiful activities. From the holiday park you can directly cross the dunes and you can relax, walk, swim and sunbathe on the North Sea beach. There is of course also a lot to experience in the park itself. Those who want to practice sports can choose between snooker, mini golf, table tennis, bowling, swimming and much more. For the little ones among us, Koos Konijn and his Kids Club are of course the highlight of the holiday. Sing, dance, craft and play with the other children. You will experience a carefree holiday here: come and enjoy!
Layout
Comfortably furnished living room with a separate dining area and a sitting area with TV. The open kitchen has a combimicrowave, refrigerator, four-burner stove, kettle and filter coffee maker. There are four bedrooms, one of which is on the ground floor, each with two single box-spring beds. You will also find a bathroom with a shower or bathtub and sink on both the ground floor and the first floor. The upstairs bathroom has a traditional Finnish Sauna as an extra. There is also a separate toilet in the hall. Furthermore, the villa has a lovely garden with a terrace with garden furniture. There is parking at the villa.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- These holiday homes cannot be rented for business purposes and the main booker must be at least 21 years old.
- The park reserves the right to charge a deposit between EUR 50 and EUR 500 per person on site. This deposit depends on the group composition. Please take this into account when making your reservation.
- In low season all or some facilities, are not open during the midweeks.
- The restaurant and snack bar will be closed from Dec. 1, 2023, to Feb. 29, 2024.
- Due to maintenance work, the swimming pool at Noordzee Résidence De Banjaard will be closed from Monday 4 November 2024 to Friday 8 November 2024. You are welcome to come and swim in the pool at Roompot Beach Resort in Kamperland. This is about a 10-minute drive away.
Facilities
Location and surroundings
Kamperland is the largest town on North Beveland and is pre-eminently a veritable Valhalla for water sports enthusiasts. The surroundings offer a perfect palette for - really - almost all water sports possibilities. It is also pleasant to stay here and the beautiful marina is centrally located in the village. From Kamperland you can also quickly reach beautiful Walcheren, which means that Middelburg and the coastal towns of Oost- and Westkapelle, Domburg, Zoutelande and Vlissingen are also easily accessible. In addition, visit historic Veere, located on Lake Veere, where you can easily spend a whole day. And what really should not be missing from your list: a visit to Deltapark Neeltje Jans.
