Beautiful 4-person holiday home with sauna & whirlpool bath, located in the German country

This lovely four-person holiday home is set among vast forests, moors and meadows. The house has its own sauna and hot tub, an ideal place to unwind. Just across the German border, the area is very popular among cyclists and hikers. The Grafschafter bicycle tour, a well-marked cycling route, runs alongside the holiday home. The Itterbeck heath is ideal for a heath walk. Itterbeck is part of the municipality of Uelsen and is 10 km away from the Dutch municipalities of Hardenberg and Vasse. This holiday home has its own sauna room and hot tub in the garden. In addition, its own wallbox allows you to charge an electric vehicle with (solar) power!

The cosy living room is furnished with a seating area, dining area and bar table. There is a beamer with projection screen equipped with Smart TV functionality via SmartStick, Satellite and Digitenne. There is also an electronic darts board. WiFi is of course available. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge (with freezer compartment), microwave, dishwasher, oven, all desired kitchen appliances and a complete set of crockery. The bungalow has two bedrooms. The first bedroom has a comfortable 2-person box spring (180x200 cm) with a 240x220 cm duvet. The second bedroom has a double bed (160x200 cm) with a down duvet (200x200 cm) and a TV with satellite, DVD and video player. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower and a second toilet. The indoor climate is always optimal thanks to central heating, regenerative ventilation and a heat pump with air conditioning function. Finally, there is a wallbox for charging your electric car with (solar) electricity.
