Luxury 4-person holiday home with sauna at a holiday park in Drenthe
This luxurious four-person Wellness-Holiday home is located on Landgoed het Grote Zand. Het Grote Zand is a cozy family park that is located in the natural surroundings of Drenthe. The park is surrounded by four nature reserves, making it the perfect destination for a lovely walk and / or bike ride. In addition, the estate is a short distance from the capital of Drenthe, Assen. Landgoed Het Grote Zand has several facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, restaurants and playgrounds.
Cozy furnished living room with a dining area and a sitting area with TV and DVD player. In the open kitchen you will find, among other things, a dishwasher, refrigerator, combi-microwave, four-burner stove, kettle, filter coffee maker. There are two bedrooms with two single box-spring beds. The bathroom has a walk-in shower (sun shower), vanity unit, toilet and a sauna. Outside a lovely garden with a covered terrace with a lounge set and a garden table with chairs.

It was pleasant, but we missed a few things, namely hooks in the bedroom to hang clothes on and a description of sliding doors if they could also open.
het was aangenaam ,we misten een paar dingetjes nl haakjes in de slaapkamer om je kleding aan op te hangen en beschrijving van schuifdeuren als die ook open konden.

The stay was fine. Enjoyed the nature; it was lovely that you could walk right into it from the park. The park was also quiet, despite the fact that there were probably a lot of children and it being summer. The cottage was neat, clean, and nicely decorated. What I found a pity was the direct location on the road; when you were sitting outside or on the sofa, people from the road could always see you. Not a big deal in itself, but you don't have privacy or shelter. The sauna was lovely. The sunshower too. However, I found the shower gave very little water; it could barely be called a stream. Very low water pressure. I couldn't rinse my hair properly with it. The sunshower helped compensate for the temperature. But in winter, this trickle wouldn't be sufficient. Furthermore, there was plenty of crockery and cutlery; I only missed a paring knife.
Het verblijf was prima. Genoten van de natuur, heerlijk dat je er zo vanaf het park in wandelt. Het park was ook rustig. Ondanks dat er vast veel kinderen waren en het zomer is.
Het huisje was netjes,schoon en leuk ingericht. Wat ik jammer vond was de directe ligging aan de weg, als je buiten zat of op de bank zit dan heb je altijd dat mensen vanaf de weg je zien. Op zich niet erg maar je zit niet vrij/beschut.
De sauna was heerlijk. De sunshower ook. Ik vond wel de douche echt heel weinig water geven, het was nauwelijks een straal te noemen. Erg weinig waterdruk. Ik kom mn haar er niet goed mee uitspoelen. Door de sunshower was de temperatuur te compenseren. Maar in de winter lijkt me dit straaltje niet voldoende.
Verder was er voldoende aan servies, en bestek, ik miste alleen een schillenmesje.
