The dikes and polder roads lead you past polders, creeks, tall trees, old pollard willows and ancient towns with a rich history. For example, visit one of the picturesque places and towns in the area such as Breskens, Knokke (Belgium) and Cadzand. Go to one of the many seaside resorts nearby and walk, sun, swim and surf to your heart's content. Don't forget to stroll along the lively boulevard in the evening. From Breskens you can make the crossing to Vlissingen, a cozy Zeeland city full of history and a good place from which you can discover the rest of beautiful Walcheren.

Great house, absolutely everything was there, including a good supply of glasses, cutlery, etc. There were no instructions for the sauna, so we couldn't use it, which was a shame! Also, previous guests or the owner had smoked in the house, which you could smell strongly. Comfortable beds! But when cleaning, you might want to move things aside to avoid dust traps. Otherwise, great!
Prima huis, echt alles was aanwezig, goede voorraad glazen, bestek etc. Geen gebruiksaanwijzing van de sauna waardoor we die niet hebben kunnen gebruiken, jammer! Verder was er door de vorige gasten of eigenaar in het huis gerookt, dat rook je goed.
Goede bedden! Maar bij schoonmaken de boel eens opzij schuiven voor de stofnesten.

It's a beautiful, somewhat older house, but it needs some maintenance. Blinds are falling off and lying on the dirty floor. The shower faucets are calcified, and upstairs there's only hot water. Outside, there are old, rusty lounge chairs and a dirty BBQ with a torn cover. Ants on the countertop/patio. Remove/replace the plastic on the tables. Don't let it fall into disrepair, then it's great.
Het is mooi en een wat ouder huis maar vraagt om onderhoud. Lamellen vallen eraf en liggen op de vuile grond. Kranen in de douche zijn verkalkt en boven is er alleen heet water. Buiten oude verroeste ligstoelen en vuile BBQ met een gescheurde hoes. Mieren op aanrecht/terras. Plastic op tafels weg/vervangen. Niet laten verslonzen dan is het top.

The owner has been informed about the lounge chairs and barbecue so that action can be taken. This also applies to the plastic protective covering on the tables. Wij hebben vernomen van het park dat de douchekraan inmiddels is vervangen en dat de lamellen ook zijn gerepareerd. De eigenaar is geïnformeerd over de ligstoelen en barbecue zodat hierin actie kan worden ondernomen. Dit geldt ook voor het plastic dat op de tafels ligt ter bescherming.
