8 person holiday farm with three bathrooms in Heinkenszand
The farmhouse can accommodate six adults and two children. This 16th-century farmhouse has been converted and equipped with all modern conveniences. The history of this farm with its old beams is combined with a contemporary interior. Cities such as Middelburg and Goes are 10 to 15 minutes away by car. Get on your bike or go for a walk and discover the most beautiful cycling and hiking routes. Enjoying the beach? Within 30 minutes by car your feet are in the surf. The Oosterschelde is 10 minutes away by car. A beautiful area for fishing, sailing or enjoying the sun!
The spacious living room has a cosy seating area with a smart TV, an atmospheric fireplace and a piano. The kitchen is equipped with an induction hob, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle and a Nespresso. The dining table is also in this room. There is also a toilet on this floor and a room with a table football game.
Upstairs are four bedrooms and three bathrooms. There are two bedrooms with a double bed (180x200) and these rooms have an ensuite bathroom with a rain shower and a washbasin. The other two bedrooms have bunk beds. There is also another bathroom with a rain shower and a washbasin. There is a separate toilet. There is a laundry room with a washing machine and a tumble dryer.
There is parking for two cars and a charging point for electric cars.

Location and surroundings
Heinkenszand, Zeeland
Heinkenszand is located just below Goes, which is also called the shopping heart of Zeeland. Indeed, the wide range of stores is situated around the historic town center, perfect for a day of shopping and exploring the city. Goes also has several galleries and the Historisch Museum de Bevelanden is not to be missed. From here, Middelburg and Veere are also nice towns to visit, but the beach is only a little further away. Vlissingen, Zoutelande, Westkapelle and Domburg are all recommended with insanely beautiful beaches. For a day of culture and history, Deltapark Neeltje Jans is absolutely interesting. Here you will learn all about the 1953 flood disaster and the Delta Works.

This is a truly fantastically renovated historic building with incredible attention to detail, a very high standard of finish, and very tasteful furnishings. The host was very friendly, shared the history of the house, and was very helpful with a minor issue, which was resolved immediately. Ample private parking is available directly in front of the house. We also had a lot of fun playing the foosball table in a separate room. In short: highly recommended!

De host was zeer vriendelijk, heeft over de historie van het huis verteld en was erg hulpvaardig voor een kleinigheidje dat direct werd opgelost.
Ruime privéparkeermogelihkheid direct voor het huis.
Verder hebben we erg veel plezier beleefd aan het tafelvoetbalspel dat in een aparte kamer stond.
Kortom: echt een aanrader!

We called you when we discovered we couldn't access the control system for the ventilation in the bedrooms, among other things, via the login screen. We had been blowing hard all weekend, and we woke up with red, stinging eyes. The postcode wasn't recognized as a login. The TV channels weren't working, and the box for signal/reset wasn't located elsewhere. Why aren't you answering?
Wij u bellen toen bleek dat via het inlogscherm geen toegang tot control systeem van o.a. de ventilatie in de slaapkamers. Die hele weekend hard blazen, we werden met rode prik ogen wakker. Postcode als inlog werd in ieder geval niet herkend. T.V. zenders deden het niet, de doos waarlangs signal/reset kon niet, zit elders. Waarom neemt u niet op?
