The living room features a comfortable seating area with a sofa, two armchairs, a gas fireplace, air conditioning and television. From the dining area, the French doors give a green view over the garden at the swimming pond. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, Nespresso and a combination microwave. There is a separate toilet. On the ground floor is the first bedroom with an electrically adjustable double bed (two mattresses: 80x200cm), ample wardrobe space and a television. The ensuite bathroom has a bath, luxury walk-in shower and a washbasin. Upstairs are two more spacious bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed (180x210cm) and a balcony. The other bedroom has two single beds and a cot. An extra camp bed is available. The second bathroom with a shower, toilet and sink is also on this floor. There is a utility room with washing machine and dryer. The large garden has several terraces with luxurious garden furniture and a private jetty. Your bike can be parked and charged in the shed. There is parking space for two cars, one of which is under the carport.
