Saxon 4 persons holiday home near the village Havelte
Attractive four-person semi-detached holiday home located in beautiful South-West Drenthe near the nostalgic village of Havelte. This area offers beautiful forests, heathland and sand drifts. Enjoy the picturesque villages such as Havelte, Dwingeloo, Ruinen and Vledder with Saxon farmhouses between old trees. Here you will still be said a friendly hello by locals, even if they don't know you. Havelte has the cosy atmosphere typical of villages in Drenthe.
This cosy four-person holiday home is suitable for two adults and two children. Through the hall, you enter the living room with open kitchen. Here you will find a spacious dining table and a sitting area with TV. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also downstairs. Upstairs are two bedrooms. From the living room you can access your private terrace, equipped with a garden set. Here you can enjoy the view of the meadow with its old oak trees.

An excellent cottage with excellent people in beautiful surroundings. The only thing that disappointed us was the rather sparse furnishing. We missed a CD or DVD player, some games, drawing and colouring pencils, some more channels on the television, better cushions for the chairs on the terrace, a non-slip mat under the shower etc, etc
Een prima vakantiehuisje met prima mensen in een prachtige omgeving. Het enige wat ons tegenviel was de wat karige inrichting. We misten een cd of dvd - speler, wat spelletjes, teken en kleurpotloden, wat meer zenders op de televisie, betere kussens voor de stoelen op het terras, een anti-slip matje onder bij de douche etc, etc

We appreciate your tips. Games, colouring stuff and a non-slip mat and other practical things are not standard in the cottage, but we have them in stock and are happy to lend them out. It's a nice little house, but the bathroom is a bit dated. The kitchen isn't very practical and lacks the necessary utensils to prepare a decent meal. There's no cutting board, no frying pan, no sharp knife, and no larger one. This is just a tip for the owners. The small bedroom is also very small, especially for an adult.
Het is een prettig huisje, maar de badkamer is wat gedateerd. En de keuken is niet erg praktisch en er ontbreken keuken spullen om een redelijke maaltijd te kunnen maken. Snij plank ontbrak, er is geen braadpan, geen scherp mesje en wat groter mes. Dit meer als tip aan de eigenaren. De kleine slaapkamer is wel erg klein, zeker voor een volwassene.
