This luxurious 30 to 40 person group accommodation is located in South-West Drenthe in the village of Havelte. The accommodation is suitable for family weekends and disabled guests can also have a great stay in this five-star accommodation. This accommodation is located in the middle of the beautiful, peaceful nature of the Netherlands and is surrounded by three different National Parks. National Park Dwingelderveld is even the largest wet heathland area in Western Europe. The heathland is a wonderful place for hiking and a ride in a covered wagon through the National Park is enjoyable for young and old.

The accommodation is very spacious and meets all modern requirements. You enter a spacious hall with two toilet groups (toilet paper is available). The living room is stylishly furnished. You have a cozy seating area and there is a TV corner. It is also possible to have a drink at the bar together. Between the attractive living room and the dining area is the professionally decorated kitchen, which is equipped with all conveniences. There is a large stove, filter coffee maker (coffee filters are available), hot air oven, microwave, dishwasher (dishwasher tablets are available) and sufficient cooling. The dining area is spacious and it is possible to arrange the tables in such a way that it is satisfactory for every group. There is also a wonderful sauna, which you can use for free. On arrival there are also a bath towel, hand towel and washcloth ready for you in the bathroom.

Each bedroom has its own bathroom and sanitary! There are nine bedrooms on the ground floor; There is one adapted bedroom which is wheelchair accessible, with a total of four raised beds and adapted bathrooms (all on one level). If a modified bed is needed, this can be arranged through Icare. There are also eight double bedrooms. On the upper floor you will find two four-person rooms with private sanitary facilities and two five-person rooms with two showers, two sinks and a separate toilet in the room. Each bedroom has its own linen cupboard.

In the basement there is a playroom with billiards, table tennis, football and a TV corner.
