4 Persons chalet in the hills of Limburg!
In the south of the Netherlands lies Gulpen, and the Gulperberg. Between the sloping landscape you will find holiday park Gulperberg: a good start for your holiday. With just under half an hour's drive to the major cities of Maastricht, Valkenburg and Aachen, there is always something to do. Prefer to find peace and quiet? That is also possible here! Get on your bike or put on your walking shoes and go exploring in the nature. Something that cannot be missed during your holiday here is a visit to the Valkenburg caves. An underground experience that you can enjoy from this park. At the park itself, there are also enough facilities and possibilities to keep you and the little ones entertained. Take a dip in the swimming pool or play in the playground: nobody needs to be bored. Are you coming to enjoy a wonderful holiday at the Gulperberg?
This six-person chalet is 34m2, ground floor. The living area has a sitting area with television, a dining table and a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a filter coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer and kettle.
There are two bedrooms in total. One with two single beds and one with a double bed. The bathroom has a shower and washbasin. There is a separate toilet in the house.
Outside you can sit on your own furnished terrace. There is also the opportunity to park one car at the chalet and you can make use of WiFi.

- Please note that it is not possible to place a child bed in the bedroom in this holiday accommodation.
- It is necessary for the main booker to be present at check-in to provide identification.
- Everyone 18 years and older pays tourist tax, you can indicate ages during the booking process in the comments.

- In winter, the laundromat is closed.
- The park reserves the right to require an on-site deposit from all guests renting vacation homes. The deposit is a maximum of EUR 100 per person.

Enjoy the blossoming orchards in spring, the warm summer evenings, the beautiful autumn colours or magnificent snow-covered meadows! You can visit various museums, such as the Bonnefantenmuseum or the Natuurhistorisch Museum Maastricht. Vaals and Heerlen also have interesting museums you can visit. For relaxation, visit the wellness complex in Valkenburg, another beautiful town known for its caves and castles. There are also many golf courses and vineyards with tours in the area. Cottage D 265 was very clean, except that when you're in the shower you see brown dirt in the corners (or rust). The slides with cables in front of the cottage weren't so great because they cause screaming children ;), but I understand it's a family resort. The cottage is very small for four people. Luckily, there were only two of us.
Het huisje D 265was goed schoon, alleen als je IN de douche staat zie je bruine viezigheid in de hoekjes (of roest).
De glijbanen met kabels voor de woning waren wat minder omdat het gillende kinderen oplevert;), maar ik begrijp ook dat het een gezinspark is. Het huisje is erg klein voor 4 personen. Gelukkig waren we met z'n tweeën.

Little privacy - the houses are very close together. No user manuals for the oven, dishwasher, cooktop, or air conditioning were available. Small things were missing, such as hooks for tea and hand towels in the kitchen, no beer glasses, and no curtain or anything similar for the kitchen window. Outside seating: four hard chairs, not comfortable to sit in without cushions.
Weinig privacy - huisjes staan erg dicht op elkaar. Geen gebruikers handleidingen voor oven, afwasmachine, kookplaat en airco aanwezig. Kleine dingetjes ontbraken bv. Haakjes voor thee en handdoek in de keuken, geen bierglazen, geen gordijntje o.i.d. voor keukenraam. Zitje buiten; vier harde stoeltjes, geen pretje om in te zitten zonder kussen.
