This cozy four-person holiday home is located just outside the center of the town of Groet near Schoorl in North Holland. The cottage is located on a quiet road where cyclists and a single farmer's tractor will be the most seen passers-by. If you look outside, you look out over the quiet polder landscape and see a few boats further on in the Hargervaart. The location of the holiday home is ideal, polder, forest, dunes, beach and sea are all at your feet. This makes it a perfect base for a beautiful holiday in the picturesque Groet.

Cozy furnished living room with dining area and sitting area, there is good WIFI, a Digital television, a Sonos sound system and a cozy gas fireplace. From the living room you can access the terrace and garden through two patio doors. The spacious open kitchen has a dishwasher, bean and Nespresso coffee machine, washing machine, five-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer, kettle, oven and a full kitchen inventory. On the first floor are two bedrooms with an electrically adjustable Auping box spring with two separate mattresses in the master bedroom and two separate single box-spring beds in the other bedroom. Between the bedrooms is the bathroom with shower, sink and toilet.

Completely fenced private yard with terrace, beautiful lawn and a private driveway with entrance gate. The house has a northern, but deep front garden. This gives you sun on the terrace, but you can also sit in the shade of the house.
