Charming detached 4-person bungalow in Gasselte

This four-person charming detached bungalow is located on a holiday park in Gasselte. From the park, you step straight into nature. Take a relaxing walk or cycle ride through the beautiful Drentsche Aa National Park, or explore the nearby Drouwenerzand - a unique nature area with varied landscapes. On warm days, the Nije Hemelriek, a clear blue recreational lake a short distance from the park, is a lovely place to swim or relax on the beach. A visit to the Hunebedcentrum in Borger, the cosy city centre of Assen or Wildlands Adventure Zoo in Emmen are also among the possibilities for a fun day out.

The cosy living room is furnished with a comfortable seating area and a TV with access to Netflix.

The spacious kitchen is fully equipped. Among others, you will find an oven, microwave, Senseo coffee machine and toaster. At the dining table you can enjoy a cosy breakfast or a sumptuous dinner together.

The bungalow has two bedrooms: one with a comfortable double bed and one with a single bed and a practical bunk bed. For the little ones, there is a cot and a highchair. The bathroom has a bathtub, shower, washbasin and toilet. Outside you will find a spacious garden with a fine garden set.

Nice house with lots of privacy, but for people over 65 (we are 68) a bit less comfortable. There is also plenty of space around the house for dogs and it is also nice that your car can be parked under a roof.

The area is truly beautiful. The cottage itself is lovely, and the large garden is also delightful. However, the cottage wasn't completely clean. It's also full of personal belongings, which makes us suspect someone is living there. Therefore, the price-quality ratio is not good.
Owner's response:
Thank you for your review. The property is indeed owned by a private owner who rents it out when she's not using it. Not as a residence, but as a holiday home. Personal items such as toys and games in the property are also intended for guests' use. We always clean thoroughly, and it's unfortunate that you didn't experience that.
