Within walking distance is 't Nije Hemelriekje, a swimming lake with beach in the middle of the forest.

In the vicinity are three beautiful national parks - Drents-Friese Wold, Drentsche Aa and Dwingelderveld - with numerous cycling and walking routes. For children, play park 't Drouwenerzand, Wildlands Zoo and Amusement Park Slagharen are fun trips.

The bright and spacious living room features a large sliding door that lets in plenty of natural light. Here you will find a cozy dining area with four chairs and a comfortable sitting area with two sofas. The centrally placed wood-burning stove ensures warm and cozy evenings. There is also a Smart TV for extra relaxation.
