Super nice 4 persons holiday home in Exloo with outdoor pool and wellness facilities

This beautiful four-person holiday home in the Drenthe village of Exloo is located in the very spacious yard, behind the house, of the hospitable owners. The holiday home has a wonderful sauna and in the yard there is a whirlpool (about 20 metres behind the holiday home). The town centre, the golf course and the forest are within walking distance. For the bicycles there is accommodation and possibly a charging point. In the beautifully landscaped garden there is both a sun and a shade terrace. From the garden there is a view of the beautiful Drentse Heuvelrug.

In the spacious but cosily decorated living room there is a cosy sitting area with TV. The living room is heated by underfloor heating and a cosy pallet stove. The open kitchen has a four-burner cooker, microwave, fridge, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. On the ground floor there is a spacious bedroom with two single beds (80 x 200). The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Upstairs there is also a spacious bedroom with two single beds (90 x 200) and a storage space. There is also a cot here. The staircase is equipped with a solid stair gate. The house also has a sauna and, further out in the yard, a whirlpool bath and outdoor pool.
