This holiday home is suitable for six persons and is located in Egmond aan Zee. The beach and promenade are 100 metres from the holiday home. In addition, it is a short walk from the village centre. Egmond aan Zee is situated in the middle of the Noordhollands Dune Reserve where you can cycle and walk to your heart's content. In the nature reserve, you may encounter Scottish Highlanders and wild horses. For some more hustle and bustle, you can visit the cheese town of Alkmaar. Amsterdam and Haarlem are also within easy reach for a day out full of sights.

On the ground floor is the living room with the seating area and a television. The open kitchen includes an induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave, kettle and a Senseo coffee machine. There is also a bedroom with two single beds on this floor. This bedroom also has a flat-screen TV with German channels, a seating area and a kitchenette with a hob, fridge-freezer and combination microwave. Adjacent to this bedroom is a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a toilet.

Upstairs are two further bedrooms with twin beds and a second bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet.

Outside there is a 30m2 enclosed garden with a picnic table and two deck chairs.
