Luxurious 6-person holiday villa with sauna in a dune area near the beach and sea in Egmond

If you're looking for peace, comfort, and nature, this holiday villa is the perfect base. This luxurious six-person home is located directly on the North Holland Dune Reserve and just a short distance from the beach, allowing you to enjoy the outdoors at any time. The villa is equipped with a private sauna, an inviting fireplace (both indoors and outdoors), and a sheltered terrace.

While you relax on the lounge sofa or read a book in the shade, the children can play safely in the car-free park with a playground. Inside, the villa is modern and comfortably furnished, with blackout curtains in the bedrooms for a good night's sleep.

From the house, you can walk straight into the dunes, where beachgrass and dune roses create a sense of freedom and nature. A bakery, butcher, and fishmonger are within walking distance. Everything you need for a relaxing stay.

Take a walk to the seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee. Here you can, among other things, enjoy a delicious snack and drink on one of the many terraces, store in the cozy shopping street or take a refreshing dip in the North Sea. Also visit the cozy town of Alkmaar, known for its cheese market, but you can also enjoy a nice walk in the center, or a pleasant afternoon shopping in one of the many stores and boutiques.
