Charming dune villa for 6 people with sauna, quietly located near Egmond aan Zee

This comfortable dune house for six people is located in a quiet, small-scale, car-free park in Egmond aan den Hoef. The location is ideal: within walking distance of the beach, the dunes, and the center of Egmond aan Zee. The park also features a windmill, a distinctive feature of the landscape.

The house is practically and stylishly furnished, with a private sauna and a sheltered terrace where you can relax in complete privacy. It's also a great spot for families: the park features a lawn with some play equipment, and because the grounds are car-free, children can play safely.

The immediate surroundings offer plenty of variety. From walking or cycling through the dunes to an afternoon at the seaside or a visit to the villages of Bergen and Schoorl. Both inside and out, this home offers everything for a relaxing stay on the North Holland coast.

In the nature-rich surroundings of Egmond-aan-den-Hoef you can take beautiful cycling and walking tours. A day of wonderful relaxation and cooling off with a healthy sea breeze? Take a walk to the seaside resort of Egmond aan Zee. Here you can, among other things, enjoy a delicious snack and drink on one of the many terraces, store in the cozy shopping street or take a refreshing dip in the North Sea. Also visit the cozy town of Alkmaar, known for its cheese market, but you can also enjoy a nice walk in the center, or a pleasant afternoon shopping in one of the many stores and boutiques. In addition, Amsterdam and Zaandam are also a stone's throw away and definitely worth a visit.

We have really enjoyed coming here for several years now. The location is good and it is a great cottage, fully equipped. :) It is also very nice that there are mosquito nets in the windows these days! The service from Rentals is also very good. They are very helpful and 'problems' are solved very quickly. Great service!

Uncomplicated booking process and comprehensive information right up to departure. Very friendly staff who also speak German. Quick answers to questions. Excellent layout of the house and privacy from the surrounding area thanks to shrubs and bushes around the grounds. Blackout curtains in the bedrooms. Storage room for bicycles. Outdoor seating area with furniture, cushions, and a large parasol. And not forgetting the bottle of sparkling wine upon arrival.
