Beautiful 9 person holiday home with a wonderful view over the Ardennes
This beautiful nine-person holiday home, with a wonderful view over the Ardennes, is located on the outskirts of Durbuy, in the southernmost and largest province of our neighboring country, Belgium-Luxembourg. Durbuy is located in a natural and peaceful environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The wooded area around Durbuy is ideal for a walking, riding or cycling trip. In the area you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Cozy furnished living room with digital TV and wifi. Open kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, four-burner stove, combi microwave and a coffee maker. There are four stylish bedrooms with king-size box-spring beds, two of which are on the ground floor that share a bathroom with a shower and two on the floor, one of which has an extra bed. Both rooms have a washbasin in the room and share a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There are two toilets. Downstairs there is a relaxation area with billiards and board games. South facing garden with terrace and bbq and a wide view over the Ardennes.

- This property will not be rented to groups or companies of people under the age of 30. The installation of loudspeakers and the playing of amplified music is not allowed in this house, nor the organisation of student parties/bachelor parties.
- Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption.
- Please note that the toilet and bathroom door(s) cannot be locked.

It was a nice house but it could use some maintenance. The dishwasher foil is broken. The kitchen cupboard door handles are loose.
Het was een mooi huis maar er mag wel wat onderhoud aan gedaan worden.de folie van de afwasmachine is kapot.de deurknoppen van de keukenkastjes zitten los.

The upstairs bathroom has been renovated. Very nice. This is the third time I've asked if they can provide trash cans and/or crates for collecting plastic, paper, and organic waste. It's currently a bit of a struggle. Otherwise, it's a lovely house.
De badkamer boven is vernieuwd. Heel fijn. Ik vraag nu voor de derde keer of ze kunnen zorgen voor prullenbakken en of kratten voor het inzamelen van plastic, papier en GFT. Dat is nu erg behelpen. Verder heerlijk huis.

Very nice holiday home. There were seven of us. Spacious bedrooms and living area. Two bathrooms and toilets. Only downside: transporting the PMD and waste paper to the key collection point isn't convenient.
Heel leuk vakantiehuis. Wij waren met z'n zevenen. Ruime slaapkamers en woondeel. 2 badkamers en toiletten. Enige minpuntje: het vervoeren van het pmd- en oud papier naar het sleuteladres is niet handig.
