Beautiful 9 person holiday home with a wonderful view over the Ardennes
This beautiful nine-person holiday home, with a wonderful view over the Ardennes, is located on the outskirts of Durbuy, in the southernmost and largest province of our neighboring country, Belgium-Luxembourg. Durbuy is located in a natural and peaceful environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The wooded area around Durbuy is ideal for a walking, riding or cycling trip. In the area you can enjoy motorcycling and good kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.
Layout
Cozy furnished living room with digital TV and wifi. Open kitchen includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, four-burner stove, combi microwave and a coffee maker. There are four stylish bedrooms with king-size box-spring beds, two of which are on the ground floor that share a bathroom with a shower and two on the floor, one of which has an extra bed. Both rooms have a washbasin in the room and share a bathroom with shower and bathtub. There are two toilets. Downstairs there is a relaxation area with billiards and board games. South facing garden with terrace and bbq and a wide view over the Ardennes.
Availability
This type of holiday home includes properties that allow pets and that are pet-free. Are you unable to specify pets in the booking process for your travel party? Then unfortunately there is no holiday home available where pets are allowed.
Particularities
- This property will not be rented to groups or companies of people under the age of 30. The installation of loudspeakers and the playing of amplified music is not allowed in this house, nor the organisation of student parties/bachelor parties.
- Energy costs will be calculated after departure based on actual consumption.

Durbuy and the surrounding area offer a wide range of diverse activities: beautiful walks, kayaking on the Ourthe, a game of (mini)golf, horse riding or a visit to Adventure Valley. Also visit one of the breweries in the area, discover the picturesque villages or explore a cave or castle. Whether you are looking for peace, nature, adventure, culture, gastronomy or sports, you will find it in this region.

Ruime en goede badkamers, een fijne kelder met biljart en andere spel mogelijkheden.
Lekkere terrassen met zon en schaduw.
Kortom, echt waar voor je geld en een goede centrale ligging pal naast Durbuy. Aanrader!
