Beautiful 6 person ECO holiday home in the Ardennes

This modern and eco-friendly vacation home for six is ideal for four adults and two children. It is located in Durbuy, in Belgium's southernmost and largest province: Belgian-Luxembourg. Located in a quiet, natural setting, Durbuy is the perfect place for a relaxing vacation close to home.

The property borders directly on a wooded area, ideal for hiking, cycling or horseback riding. Motorcyclists are also well catered for, and the nearby river offers excellent kayaking or fishing. The Adventure Valley adventure park is just three kilometers away and offers fun for the whole family.

With large windows, the living room faces nature and has a cosy dining area and a sitting area with TV. The modular living space gives a very pleasant feel, with a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, four-burner hob, combination microwave, filter coffee machine, kettle and fridge. The lounge box is part of the living room and is ideal for relaxing, or reading a book. In the evening, close the curtains and you have a super comfortable king-size hotel bed. Upstairs is a one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom with a bunk bed for the kids. The bathroom has a sink, shower cubicle and a toilet. The large terrace with hot tub and sliding window is partly covered, making it pleasant to enjoy even in the off-season. There is also a campfire and the possibility to store your bikes in an enclosed space. The holiday home is virtually energy-neutral thanks to its straw insulation, heat pump and heat-recovery ventilation.
