This 12-person holiday home is located just one kilometre south of Durbuy in 'Thier de Rome' and is situated in the southernmost and largest province of our neighbour Belgium, namely Belgian-Luxemburg. Durbuy is located in a natural and quiet environment and guarantees a wonderful and relaxing holiday close to home. The woody surroundings around Durbuy are perfect for walking, horse riding or cycling. In the surroundings you can enjoy motorcycling, kayaking or fishing in a nearby river.

Ground floor:
Cosy living room with dining and sitting area with television and a cosy wood stove. Fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, electric hob, fridge and filter coffee machine. From the kitchen there are patio doors to the terrace. Separate toilet.

First floor:
Four bedrooms, one of which has a television. One bedroom has a single bed and a bunk bed, one bedroom has a double bed and a single bed, one bedroom has a double bed and the last bedroom has two bunk beds. There are two bathrooms, one with bath, baby bath and changing mat and one with shower. There is also a separate toilet.

Garage, covered terrace with garden furniture, garden with play equipment and a barbecue.
