Beautiful 5-person holiday home on a holiday park in the forest near Durbuy

This compact holiday home for five people is located on the outskirts of Sunclass Durbuy holiday park, nestled among the trees of the Belgian Ardennes. Its peaceful setting on the edge of the forest makes it a wonderful spot for nature lovers and an excellent starting point for walks in the surrounding area. Birds, squirrels, and other wildlife are regularly spotted in the green surroundings. The park offers various facilities, including an indoor swimming pool, sports fields, a playground, and a restaurant.

The house features a spacious living room with a sitting and dining area, a television with digital channels, including Dutch channels, and a stereo. Through the patio doors, you reach the sheltered south-facing terrace, where you can enjoy the peace and quiet of nature. The practical kitchen is equipped with a combination microwave oven, four-burner gas stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, filter coffee maker, and kettle. The bathroom with a shower, toilet, and sink is located on the ground floor.

Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a landing. One bedroom has a double bed (140 x 200 cm), and the other two single beds (90 x 200 cm). The landing accommodates the fifth bed and two spacious wardrobes. A stair gate makes the house suitable for families with young children. The historic town of Durbuy is just a few kilometers away and is known for its medieval atmosphere, charming restaurants, and winter Christmas market. The house is situated on a hill, reached via a steep staircase, where you can fully enjoy the peaceful setting on the edge of the forest. Parking is available lower down in the park, and loading and unloading is possible at the house.
