The farmhouse is equipped with a beautiful terrace with a outdoor spa lovely lounge and dining area, the garden is an oasis of peace. Outside the terrace, you have a large garden with lots of grass and greenery. Pick your own stewing pears, hand pears and walnuts from your own garden! Visit the neighbours and their farm shop to take a look at the fruit picking or see the grain and potato harvest on the fields. This holiday home is located on a farm. The living room has a spacious seating area with cable TV and a work area with two screens and a keyboard. The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, combi-oven, fridge-freezer and induction cooker. In the kitchen you will also find a large dining table with six comfortable chairs. Adjacent to the kitchen is a utility room with a washing machine, dryer and first aid kit. Upstairs are three bedrooms and a games room. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the other has a bunk bed. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet on the ground floor. Through the large sliding doors in the kitchen you can reach the sheltered terrace with a outdoor spa, lounge set, dining area and barbecue. Around the terrace you will find a large garden with lots of grass and plenty of parking space. The yard can be closed with an electric fence. Fibre optic internet is available.
