You enter the house through the garden. The cozy living room is bright and spacious, furnished with a sofa and an armchair. There's a dining area with four chairs adjacent to the open-plan kitchen. Here you'll find all the comforts you need to prepare a delicious meal, including a refrigerator with freezer, induction cooktop, dishwasher, combination microwave, and Senseo coffee machine. There's a separate toilet on the ground floor and a washing machine. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, each with two single box-spring beds. The spacious bathroom has a large vanity, toilet, and walk-in shower.

The terrace is fully enclosed and offers a wonderful spot in the sun from morning onwards. Parking is available right outside the door.
