Unique holiday home for 14 persons with sea view in Domburg

Unique home in a unique location. This house for 14 people is a stone's throw from the beach of Domburg and yet just a few minutes walk from the city centre. The sea view from the balconies is amazing! The building originally consisted of two mirrored houses. These have been merged into one house over the years. The upper floor still consists of two separate sections, perfect for two families.

Through the entrance door, you enter the hallway of the house with a toilet. The dining room with an open kitchen invites you to a cozy gathering. The large dining table accommodates everyone, and from the dining room, you step into the backyard. Here, you can fully enjoy privacy. In the kitchen, all comforts are available to prepare a tasteful meal, including a refrigerator with freezer, gas stove with oven, and a filter coffee machine and Nespresso. Of course, a dishwasher is also present, and a second refrigerator with a large freezer can be found in the storage room. There are also two large living rooms with French doors that provide access to the spacious garden in front of the house.

On the first floor on the left wing, there are four bedrooms. A master bedroom with a double bed, two bedrooms with single beds each, and a bedroom with two single beds and a bunk bed. All beds have separate mattresses and single duvets. There is also a bathroom with a shower and toilet here.

In the right wing on the first floor, there are four bedrooms as well. Two bedrooms with a double bed each and two bedrooms with a single bed each. Again, all beds have separate mattresses and single duvets. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and a toilet. There is ample parking space for three cars. In the front, there is a large garden where you can play. At the back, there is a lovely sheltered terrace.
