24-person group accommodation with charging point for electric car in the Ardennes

In the heart of the Ardennes, at about 500m altitude, you will find this beautiful group accommodation with charging point for an electric car, wellness area and free WiFi. Ideal for families with children or a reunion with a family or group up to 24 people. The accommodation is very quietly located in the green and picturesque village of Dochamps. At the front of the accommodation you look out over an authentic and classified square where the Lavoir (former washing place) is located. The village of Dochamps is only 11km away from La Roche and an hour's drive from Maastricht. In addition, from here you have a beautiful view over the surrounding valleys and hills and the accommodation is largely wheelchair friendly.

Ground Floor:

There is a common room equipped with a large flat-screen TV and a home cinema set. Next to this room you will find an additional separate sitting area with television. In the wellness area the whole group can fully relax in one of the two saunas, the steam shower and on the fitness equipment. The kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, filter coffee maker, dishwasher and large fridge. In the adjoining room you can enjoy a pleasant meal together.

The first floor has two bathrooms, one with two sinks and a shower and one with a sink, shower and toilet. There is also a separate room with a toilet and washing machine. Finally, you will find two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two bunk beds.

Second floor:

The second floor has a nice playroom equipped with a table football table, air field hockey and darts. There are also two additional kitchens equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, oven and an extra living room to relax or play games. The upper floor also has two bathrooms with a sink, shower and toilet. There are five bedrooms with a double bed, two bedrooms with bunk beds, one bedroom with two single beds and two bedrooms with a single bed. All beds have pocket sprung mattresses. The upper floor can also be accessed via a second staircase and an exterior door.

In the spacious garden of no less than 1200m2 there is a playground and barbecue at your disposal. There is a large play and sunbathing area with garden furniture, swing and plenty of sheltered spots. There is also a charging point for your electric car.

Wheelchair accessibility has also been taken into account: there is a wall bracket in the ground floor toilet, two wall brackets, an anti-slip mat and shower seat in a ground floor shower. There is also a ramp attached to the outside door for wheelchair users that can be used if needed. This property is suitable for up to one wheelchair user.
